Job Duties:
0 Q8 N: B* A( c" e+ k+ O2 _4 ]) A' X! y- Independent setup/handling and operation of large horizontal and vertical CNC milling machines (experience with Heidenhain or Fidia controls is an asset)
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, 3D models, charts and tables
- Plan and select appropriate cutting tools
- Create CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) programs
) V' e* D" E4 L: F8 a- Monitor the manufacturing process for stability and quality
- Create quality documentation and report deviations from specifications and tolerances

Requirements:
- 5 years or more experience with CNC milling or boring machines
5 z! P* U3 q. H5 i( N' w/ U( ~- Machinist Trade Certification or equivalent experience
3 w# N. N  [2 j2 G- Familiarity with large cast iron and steel parts, and knowledge of Tool & Die is an asset
