1 W# \" P7 `2 x* GJob Duties:
. v4 M7 h  r! x" s4 I- Independent setup/handling and operation of large horizontal and vertical CNC milling machines (experience with Heidenhain or Fidia controls is an asset)
, P& C* c( H/ V5 R4 H3 m+ ?- Ability to understand engineering drawings, 3D models, charts and tables
- Plan and select appropriate cutting tools
- Create CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) programs
- Monitor the manufacturing process for stability and quality
( V5 W6 E0 ^$ ~$ ~2 r6 g- Create quality documentation and report deviations from specifications and tolerances

Requirements:
, v& ^4 L, ]# d. `  l- 5 years or more experience with CNC milling or boring machines
2 R5 G* a, f1 S- Machinist Trade Certification or equivalent experience
0 P, q# \; S; j9 \/ A5 h$ ~- Familiarity with large cast iron and steel parts, and knowledge of Tool & Die is an asset
